CANCELLATION POLICY
At About Face Esthetics, we understand that life happens and plans may need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the appointment will result in a charge of 30% of the total service cost. For no-shows, the full cost of the booked services may be charged. A credit card is required to secure your appointment; however, your card will not be charged until the time of checkout or in the event of non-compliance with our cancellation policy. If you have a gift card, you can still book online as usual using your credit card to secure the appointment. Your card will not be charged, and you can use your gift card or certificate as your payment method during checkout at the spa.
